The New York State Department of Transportation issued an alert warning that there will be double lane closures northbound on I-684 in North Salem and Southeast between exit 8 (Hardscrabble Road) and exit 9 (I-84).

The lane closures are expected between 9 a.m. through 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 6.

During the construction work, motorists can expect delays in the area and have been advised to seek alternate routes, when possible. Flaggers and signage is expected to be posted in the area while work is performed.
